Tropitel Hotels & Resorts, a subsidiary of Tropitel Group, was founded in 1989 and specialized in hospitality and touristic investments and development, as well as real estate and construction services and operations. With almost 30 years of experience in the field, the company evolved into a large entity penetrating the tourism and hospitality sectors, owning and managing two hotels according to the highest international standards and offering different concepts of travel vacation. Our vertically integrated holding company system allows us to exercise large economies of scale, allowing us to execute our projects from start to finish. We bid for plots of land, draw up the feasibility study of prospective projects, handle the project's building and construction aspects, and finally manage and market the project internationally at roadshows international tourism conferences, and travel markets.
